MySQL Database Path
ok...
I have installed win2003
I have PhP installed (woo hoo)
I have MySQL installed and running...
but here is what I would like to do...??
I want to create a database under each domain in a "data" directory.... can anyone tell me how I would tell MySQL that there is a database located in each individual directory??
For Example
Inetpub/wwwroot/data/ - Directory
along with
Inetpub/wwwroot/site1/data/ - Directory
Inetpub/wwwroot/site2/data/ - Directory
etc etc etc
under each "data" directory I would place each individual database...
How would I tell MySql to look in each folder for a database?
Thanks for your help... and please be specific!!!

It's not about php, besides you could use MySQL with ASP too.

I think it could be done by running multiple MySQL servers on one machine. Check out this article:
