Export Then Auto Save/Name File

Hi,

I currentley have several employees running reports and they are being converted to DOC or XLS from as ASP page. And they have to save and rename each one, they are doing lots.

My question now is how can I make the ASP page auto download the file as a doc / xls to a specific dir on their computer and then rename it (dynamiclly).

So I want the pape to convert and display, then save without the rep doing anything.

you cannot save a file on their computer without them accepting that, one thing you can do is create the files on the server and then send them the link, would that be an option?
