Crystal Reports No Data HELP! ?

    Chaps,

Is there a property of a Crystal Report that I'm able to set that stops the print from printing if there's no data ? I know I can trap a WithEvents for the report and cancel it however I'm, trying to get away without a build of the software and HOPING there's a property I can set on th report but its proving elusive...

    Thanks

    Fatboy....

Assuming you're using a separate .rpt file, open the report in Crystal and go to File|Report Options... Check the box labelled: Suppress Printing If No Records

    Cheers
