How do you create a text file from scratch in vb? What if there's already one named what you want to name it?

ALso, what is the command to get the users IP addy again?

Open "Test.txt" for output as #1
Print #1, "This is a new File"
Close #1

If there already exists Test.txt, It will be overwritten.

To get IP Address, you can either use the Winsock Control:
