I have a device driver called "en4060ld.sys" which, if loaded properly by Windows XP , will enable my DSL modem. Sometimes, however, this driver will NOT load when XP loads.

How can I force en4060ld.sys to load using a .bat or .exe file? I would prefer writing it in VB, saving it as an .exe, and then putting the .exe file in the startup folder.
