Rich text editor (free) just like the one on hotmail

I managed to find several free rich text editors to but one feature that always seems missing is the one i need :

I want the user (when inserting an image) to be able to write next to a image, but multi lined (thats the worst explenation ever )

here a screen dump of what i want to do :S


so has anyone got a free rich text editor that can do this?

I've been looking for a free rich text editor just for simple things like bold, italics, bullets etc. It needs to work in most browsers - could you point me in the right direction?
