    From wayyy out in left field, I'm trying to locate vb code for mortgage cashflow calculations. Anybody have any links or sources i might try. Thx in advance. jc

    Not sure but a have this function :
    returns a double specifying the modified internal rate of return of periodic cash flow(payment and receipts)

    MIRR(values(),finance_rate,reinvest_rate).
