    Question .net & As400

    it is possible to 'install' a .NET application in an AS400? If it is, it depends of the conditions of the AS400?

    I am not aware of any way to do this. .Net requires IIS which is Windows. One option is for you to install a NT board on the AS/400. This board imulates a NT type of windows operating system. You can access it from AS/400 command line and also programmatically. The one draw back is that this NT board used to be very expensive. About three years ago it was running around $5200. Hope that helps.

    Currently not possible...

    Hi,

    Now it is not possible for you to install the dotnet application into the AS400 since IBM not work out the dotnet framework for OS400.
