i want dial my cell through the com port

This is the setup. I have my cell connect via cable to my com port. I want to dial my cell through the com port. How can do that through vb6?

I have the code that detects the port and opens it BUT i want to dial the cell. Can anyone advise how using vb6 code.

maybe u need to add atdt. what i mean is u just cant dial into a phone thru software by passing the phone number to the phone. you need to add atdt in the front. example if u're dialing 1234567 then u should pass "ATDT1234567" to the phone.
