Attachments Gone?
For some reason my banner went south. Any ideas why?  The post where the attachment resides is still there.

No. The forum software was just updated to a "point" release; however, I just looked through the settings and everything looks okay. Does anyone else have this problem as well?

ACtually, all you need to do is look at many of our sigs.
Do you notice all the pictures down there?
I don't!
All I see are a mass of [img] tags!
What gives???

the above was done tagging the path http://www.vbforums.com/images/icons/icon12.gif with the img tags, NOT by useing the smilie : )
Hmm. It works if the path ends with .gif?
So, its rejecting attachments as images!

Hmmm, How about this:
yep! the path MUST end with a graphics extension.

The only change that has been made that could have affected this was an update to the 2.3.2 version of vBulletin. I didn't think there was anything in this minor update that would impact images and attachements, but I'll have to look and see what I can find out.

I found a fix for the dynamic IMG tag bug on the vBulletin site. I'll try to get this patched within the next 24 hours.
