VB for SolidWorks and AutoCad?

I would like to get in touch with anyone who is using SW and or Acad with VB. I have begun to write (with difficulty) some progs for both. I am a experienced user of both softwares and am just trying to make the front end easier to use.

I wrote VB applications for ACAD 12/14 about 3 years. My main task was a drawing production (parameters and contents from database). And I haven't found the best way than use of a DXF format.
