Webcam Broadcast
My friend is getting married in December, and, as his best man, he has given me an odd job. The brides grandmother will not be able to fly in for the wedding, and he wants to broadcast the wedding to her via a webcam.
I argued with him about just recording it, and presented him complications that I knew about, but he was still persistant, so I told him I would check into it.
So, how would it be possible, if it is, to do such a thing?

You need two fast connections at both nodes , webcam , MSN or Yahoo , or any video conference program instead .

U need 2 fast connections and windows media encoder. it is free (a very rare thing from microsoft). you can set up a broadcast from a pc using iis but can be very tempremental. get the help files from microsoft to learn how to do it. it is very easy.

Don't bother yourself and use the easiest way again, it's MSN or Yahoo Messengers.

Quality will be absolutely horrible.
Most webcams have a focal distance maxing at about 10 feet away, and light levels generalyl have to be high in order for it to work.
