Bootable CD Questions
Greetings All
I have a thinkpad that is giving me some problems. I have downloaded a diagnostic tool from IBM, the problem is that the files are on 3 floppy disks, my issue is that my thinkpad does not have a floppy drive. COuld anyone tell me how to copy all of the files to a CD that I could boot off of?
Thanks.

So Unbanned
You'll need some software which can create a bootable image. You can then burn that image onto a disk.
You can even burn a floppy image onto a cd to boot it that way, but I would not suggest it.

BTW I'd recommend Nero to burn the CD, but other stuff may work....

You can do so my NERO. I have made an image of my DOS 6.22 floppy to CDs. 3 floppy and 3 cds. It's quite easy.
Cheers.

Sleep mode
Use ME cd . It's bootable for FAT 32 . For NTFS , use either XP's or W2K's cd .
