I understand now how to automate an email to a particular person in outlook..but What if I want to have an email sent to a particular Public Folder? especially one that is deep...like Public Folder\Public\Corporate\All News\Information Technology Center\Programming\VB Programmers\All VB Programmers\

    Or somethign similar to that?

    Thanks,
    Trevis

You're probably looking for the programming solution, but...

I believe that Public Folders can have email address created for them. This probably requires the Exchange admin to do the work for you.
    or
Assuming you have permissions for the Public Folder, you can also add the folder to your Personal Address Book. Right-click on the Folder and select Properties. On the summary tab should be a button to add the Folder to your Personal Address Book. Then forward/move the mail to the PAB entry.

    Possible option,
    Hope it helps.
