How to close a program running in the background?

I looked in my registry and under Run there is a file called SBFUCCE.exe in the system32 folder running and when i delete it, it goes back. And there is a dll named the same in the folder. I cannot find how to delete it cause its running in my XP system. I looked in the processes and closed everything it could be and still runs.

How can I get rid of this file? I even put in the autoexec.bat to delete this file and I don't even think that batch file ran.

    Any suggestions? help!

    Thanks

I thought of that but how can i tell what exe or dll is for each service? Could I use the XP feature to go back to a certain date? because this was just done on Sunday.

Did a search on SBFUCCE.exe came up with nothing..Is the spelling correct on this ?

I think a dependency walker will give you more info on the relationships......Sounds adware/spyware related.
