Create a Resource File?
How can i create a resource file w/out using VS.NET? I am working on a small application, and its written in notepad, i just need to figure out how to create a resource file to hold strings and an icon. Thanks for the help.

VS.NET comes with a program to do it. Look in the vs.net bin directory. Also I wrote a program to do exactly that. If you search the boards you should be able to find it.
