    Sound/Speaker Problems

Yesterday, I realized that my left speaker isn't working. I fiddled around with the wires, but couldn't get it working.

A few minutes ago, I started playing some music, and now it works, but the right one doesn't.

    Any ideas what's causing this?

Only if you have changed those settings urself or by some other app.

Even after it doesn't work I would try to reinstall sound card drivers.

Everything's fine in the sound settings. I've already checked that.

I tried plugging in some headphones instead of the speakers, and sound comes out both sides...so I'm going to have to assume it's the speakers themselves that are messed up.

Have u got a sub woofer and satellites. If that's the case then check satellites first and the subwoffer channel connections.

I have two little speakers. Nothing special. Just bought them a few months ago.

Connect both speakers on something else eg a discman or a radio. If you have the same problem, the speaker cable, or the connector might be broke. If the speakers do work, it is weird.
