How to use Crystal Report not embedded

I have a program with 3 Crystal reports.

If I compile with embedded option for each CR it work fine.

But if I try to use none for Built Action, normally the program much find the CR file in the application directory I think.

I receive an error message asking me to put the report in the manifest ressources.

???? what's the manifest ressources ???
and how to put Crystal report inside it ?
