    it's the ultimate luxury car from Mercedes - costs about 5 times as much as the next best they do (which looks very similar outside).

    I'll offer a grand for it

    is it actually made by mercedes? or is it one of those where a 3rd party takes a top of the line mercedes and does a bunch of stuff to it to make it better/more expensive?

    I think it is by Merc - but hand-made rather than on a production line.

    I remember seeing a review of it on tv, they basically said that if you want to hear a noise it's up to you - the car is virtually silent inside (unless you have the dvd player/hi-fi/built in phone turned on).

    If you want it fitted with mahogany cut from protected rainforests you can have it; if you want anything else that for some reason isn't already included, they'll get it for you.

    But it still looks like a Merc

    The amouint I would give for one? Just as much needen, in order to find a (*stupid*) guy who buys it for more than that!
