lucky bugger, test ridden a CBR 900 a couple of weeks ago and was very close to buying it, but then realised that no insurer would touch me unless I paid about the same as the bike. almost stacked it as well

What a joke.

Neither. You're riding pansy. To be a biker ya gotta ride a hog...
Harley or Indian. Yamaha just can't hack it.

furry muff ;-)
i only passed my bike test last week, so this is my first bike. Also, to buy a harley in london costs upward of 15k, and the insurance will be incredible (~10k)
it'll do me for the mo, and it's a great laugh.

You must be joking........Harlies are ridden by yuppie wannabes and are totally over rated. Even our local bikies are dumping the things for jap bikes.

Guys,
i spent most of the day yesterday riding. Oh man. They are such a crack! I advise everyone to get one. Great laugh.
Bummer is tho, that i can't open her up for six hundred miles (have to run the engine in).
Don't know how i'm going to last today at work. I might just laugh it off and ride off somewhere.

haven't seen a Yuppie yet running a Hog.....note that
anything under 900 is a piglet and that REAL men run 1250
Besides, yuppies don't have the balls to run colors.
