    partition

    i have a sony viao laptop with a 20g hard drive two partions on it 10g each (both NTFS)

    the C drive is now at 98% of capacity where as drive D is empty

    is there anyway of deleting the D partition and pulling the extra over to the pri partion C *WITHOUT LOOSING ANY DATA*

    PartitionMagic can do what you want...or you could just start storing data on D instead

    i personal would, but its not mine and the person whos comp it is cant get there head around having two drives,

    Why should you lose your data ? I always resize my partition without problems . I use partition magic . You can resize the C: partition to 12 or whatever . The data on the other drive will be moved to the back . Although , I don't garantee that this will not make you in troubles but most of the time , it works fine.
