    Little Help im kinda Stuck

    Hello im making a SMS program because i hate having to go to the websites and doing 10 steps when i could do one step.
    im stuck on Cingular's SMS System i dont know what or how they are passing the Var to their system can someone help me find out what url and Var's to pass ??
