Unhappy File transfer to Web server using HTTP

Any ideas for uploading files through HTTP to a web server?

The constraint is, it should work from any client machine, without any sharing or security permissions for the destination folder in web server.

    Thanks in advance.

Do you want it to be ANY web server on ANY OS? and without ANY permissions set? If so It cant be done unless that server is a HOLE server.

Ohh yes it is possible, just be one huge ass series of functions. Any ideas of doing it from a VB.NET APP to IIS 5.*(Windows 2k and XP)/6.0(Windows Server 2k3)

    Thanks,
