AVI to DVD and TV Safe Zone.

Does anyone know of any program that will let me convert avi to DVD Mpeg2 format while also taking into consideration the TV safe zone as when you watch it on TV, the bottom and top get cut off. And the videos have subtitiles, so you cant read them. I cant believe that eveything I have used doesnt even care to take those facts into consideration, or let you preview what it will look like on a TV even though the TV safe zone is common knowledge to video production.

    Dumb!

    Any suggestion?

Funny, I've never heard that term used before... But TMPGenc is a good general choice....

Already used Tmpgenc. It doesnt take it into consideration. And cropping is a pain in the ass as I have to waste DVD's until I get the correct size.
