    I said I am looking for Client/Server Programming and Database articles using VB. VB-world does not has these kind of articles.

    Where can I find a good resource of VB articles? That's all I'm asking.

    10x.

    heh..

    Are u kidding?
    I asked for articles! not for this crap!!! (understatement).
    In this **** Sam Huggil just tells me his resume as a VB programmer.
    What is that ****??? "Would u like to be a client/server developer? how nice, ...blah blah.." where is the article ?!
    Or about the database "article", first page saying hello, the second has a headline of: "What's a database?"
    CRAP!!!

    I want some PROFESSIONAL SERIOUS ARTICLES!
    not that kids-story.

    please, if there is some1 serious here, answer.
    10x.

    We only trying to help you here and you'd better appreciate that...

    I could go on the net and find you some sites, but you're not worth it.

    Have a nice day, the sun's shining.

    PS: How old are you?

    hmm.. you're acting a bit childish my friend.
    As I told, I was only trying to help you, it was meant to be serious, but it couldn't smell from here (Holland) you were such an Expert and those articals were to easy for you, so I don't know why you assault me, it's a dumb way to show your age.

    hmm.. Do a search with my name in it and pick all the un-serious posts and post them here, I bet you can't find more then 25 or something.

    So next time, watch your text and don't act like a 10 year old with 5 ICQ accounts.

    See ya next time

    I still think Sam's article is too easy and reffers to beginners.
    I know there are ppl here who WANT to help, and not HAVE TO help, I am not a newbie here too.
    I guess that when Jop said and even tried to prove there are some articles in VBworld itself that are related to the issues I mentioned, He didnt know I didnt want these articles. Maybe its my fault that I didnt mention I am looking for professional articles at first. Maybe.
    Anyway, I guess that when Jop have put all of these laughing smilies, which draws me like an Idiot who dont know there are some (even if it's for beginners) articles here in VBworld, It made me kinda nervous so I just had to response that way at the time.
    Anyway, when I look at this thread now again, It looks like I was wrong about you, and that you REALLY wanted to help and not just to laugh. I apologize, and dont try to cover it.

    Sorry for the misunderstanding,
    Lior.

    I have had enough of your sh**,
    first you bug the living crap out of me on ICQ about trying to get VS warez, then you post those damn "desktopdollars" money scheme.
    now this...
    so listen you ****hole...

    Jop was just trying to help, is biggrin, you know, like .. just happier.... it's not laughing, it could be, but in the way he used it, it wasn't,

    and BTW, Sam Huggils articles are great, maybe before putting his articles down, you should consider that he is learning himself....

    the second has a headline of: "What's a database?"

    He wasn't asking YOU THE ****ING QUESTION!!!!
    he was asking something in the point of view of the reader,
    I haven't read it yet, but I am sure the rest of the page continues to tell what a database is..

    and you said good articles, his are good, you never said anything about professional

    you have to specify what you want, and don't ***** if they are trying to help... else you won't ever be helped again by that person,
    so straighten up, or I am sure james will ban you from this forum....

    well, I sure hope so..

    Dennis doesn't need a drink!
    What he needs is to click cmdChill when he's angry:
    Code:
    Dim Num As Currency

    Private Sub Form_Load()
    Num = -922337203685477.5808
    End Sub

    Private Sub cmdChill()
    For Num = -922337203685477.5808 to 922337203685477.5807
    Num = Num + 1
    Next i
    End Sub

    'Making the PC faster???
    'NAAAAA!!!
    I think it is good for him!

    I think you mean:

    Dim Num As Currency

    Private Sub Form_Load()
    Num = -922337203685477.5808
    End Sub

    Private Sub cmdChill()
    For I = -922337203685477.5808 to 922337203685477.5807
    Num = Num + 1 - 1 + 2 - 1
    Next i
    End Sub

    Private Sub Timer_Timer()
    Num = Num - 1 + 1
    Sleep(1)
    End Sub

    *yawn*.. "Why doesn't NUM Add up? "

    Ok Lior apology accepted, I really was trying to help and wasn't making a fool of you.
    and Dennis, take it easy man, that's what I did
    Let's drink sometime, come here to Amsterdam (if you're old enough) and I'll pass you a vodka-lime

    Oh and Lior, this is why I thought you didn't knew of the existense of the articles:
    I said I am looking for Client/Server Programming and Database articles using VB. VB-world does not has these kind of articles.
    See? that's why I add and
    Ok? Now all let's continue VBing

    Later all!

    I am glad that things have turned out fairly happily at the end of this all.

    However, Lior, I do not want to see this kind of attack on people trying to help you again. Several comments have been made about you and your posting on these boards. I would like just to remind you that everyone here is out to help others, not to be difficult or wind you up. There is no need to get all heated about something that you do not find useful. A quiet comment asking for more advanced articles would have been much more beneficial for everyone, and I think that more people would be willing to help you, both now and in the future. Count this is a warning!

    Thank you to all those who have helped in this thread!

    All the best,
    John
