Offline website and intranet ?
I'm not sure if this off topic but I suppose it has to do with html . Here's the deal :
My friend downloaded a website to make it available to all users at work . He linked it then with their main page site . Tried to browse it , but it didn't work (It says "Can't display that page" only white page) . Thought , he can browse that downloaded site off the cd locally . What can he do to to solve this problem ? hints , suggestions are welcome .
Thanks .

Are all links referencing the local version?
What error do you get exactly? I know that IE's error pages are meant for people who wouldn't know what the errors mean anyway, but you can find the server error number at the very bottom.

Yes , they are . There is no error *as he said * but basically he couldn't run some sites (though some of them are running fine) . Any clue ?
Thanks for the reply .
