CoInitialization has not been called error? What is it?

I use this method:
Text1.Text=Inet1.OpenURL("mywebsite.com")
to get the source code for a webpage and the error i get from this says coInitialization has not been called. What does this mean and how do i avoid it? After it comes up i can't save my vb files or cut+paste b/c a msg box pops up and it says out of memory.
