    Arrow Help with small app

    Could someone please perhaps create me a small app w/ VB6 source? I am looking for something that just runs in the traybar. I want to be able to just right click on it and select something. Each something loads a URL in a new browser window. Just create something with sample text and URL's and I can edit it from there. If you don't have time to create something like this, please point me in the right direction to get the information I need to create something like this.
