When I search for files in one of the partition , it search , and it does bring some result but when I click stop search button , it stop responding and hangs for a while . This causes to close all opened IE windows . I did the same with C:\ partition but working nice . What's wrong do you think ?

Something on that particular partition is corrupted. Go to the Command Prompt and navigate to that partition, then at the prompt type "chkdsk /r" without the quotes, then reboot the PC.
