World Events is in the Twilight Zone
Hey just thought you might want to know that the World Events forums doesn't always show up, at least on my browser. If I'm specifically in the General section only then I see, although there is a visual flaw by the icon. However if I'm on the forum main page with all the categories then it doesn't show up under the General section.
Here it shows up but there but with a line between the title and icon:
http://www.vbforums.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=22
But here it does NOT show up:
http://www.vbforums.com/index.php?s=
Might want to fix that, I'm using IE6 as my browser just in case it isn't happening for everyone.

Yeah as far as I know, with vBulletin, subforums will appear given certain forum settings.
So from the main index, it wouldn't show all sub forums, because each forum could have many in which case the forum list could be very very long.
But when you drill down into a sub forum of the main forum, e.g. "General", then that will show the sub forums because you've drilled down for more detail.
Just my two €.02s on it

As stated by plenderj, it is a setting in vBulletin that says to only display to "x" levels of forums. Right now you will see the current level and one level deeper. This setting can be changed; however, it means that as subcategories are added, the primary forum list page will get larger and larger.
