Question Printing reports from diff trays in Access

I have successfully controlled where(tray) a report will print three different ways in a single user environment. When I do it through code, the single user and first computer logged in works fine. When I create 3 different forms and set the print driver settings to use a specific tray and save those settings, They work fine on that computer until I close and re-open Access. Then they revert back to auto select tray. Any additional computers do the same.

I have the need to print one copy from the lower tray (white paper), two copies from the large capacity tray (colored paper) and on occassion one manual bypass (legal size paper). I will have up to four workstations printing to two different printers. I have mastered it with one computer however changes are not being save for what ever reason.

PLeeeeease Help me!!! I am going crazy!!

    Thanks in advance!

How do you do it on the one machine?
    Manually?
    via code?

If via code, then you need it to set the printer settings, then print the report. Reset the tray and print etc...

You might need to do a 'doevents' command to let windows do something. Possibly see if Access will wait until printing is complete for one, before changing and printing the next. Although in theory it should switch trays only whilst printing the that particular report.

Good luck - post up if you solve it as I can bet others would be interested.
