    I can only wish that the upgrade version is accepted as part of that deal, but I highly doubt it.....lol...

    This offer will be open to customers who acquire English editions of the following products in the United States and Canada , either as a full package product (full price as well as eligible version upgrades ) or under Open or Select Licensing Agreement

    By the sounds of it, the $29 upgrade will get you a Pocket PC. Of course we'll have to wait until the release date and see for sure.

    Im am willing to bet no it isnt eligible. Hence why the three that word in there. It would make me think they are talking about one of the regualr upgrade packages MS usually provides.
