There is No method To Draw A Tangent To a Circle From a Point Outside It in autocad + vba routines
So I have written my own Function.....I have attached it to this post. All you need to do, is pass the Drawing Object (Acad2000 or 14), Coordinates of the Circle Center, Coordinates of the external point, Radius of the Circle and an ID to determine which of the 2 possible tangents needs to be drawn....u can download the program too...which i have attached in the next post in the same thread..
