MSDE doesn't come with the Enterprise Manager. You can use Access to connect to a SQl Server or MSDE database via an Access 'Project' on Access 2000 or higher.

Hello
I want to set up a ASPNET as valid sqlserver user. Is there another way of doing this without the enterprise manager.
Many thanks in advance

Set up a project in Access and then under the tools menu you'll find a security menu there which can get you what you want.
