    what is a good setup program the one i have seems not to reg all the stuff in the program like all the dlls and all the ocx
    WHat would we do with out Microsoft.
    A lot more.

    Check out this thread. There are various GUI interfaces for the program (it in itself uses scripts).
    I've downloaded it, but haven't tried it out.

    i have that setup and that is what im using nasd i haev it reg it but when i set it up on my friends computer it dont work right
    WHat would we do with out Microsoft.

    If you need a setup program, use the one shipped with VB.

    Just curious ...

    Megatron,

    Recently when I tried to install my VB application on another machine, the setup program could not register the MSCOMCT2.Ocx file, and also one of the DLLs, EXPSRV.Dll

    What could be the reason for this? The manual registration using the REGSVR32 worked just fine.

    I am not a complete idiot. Some parts are still missing.
