    vs .net & windows 2003 enterprise server

    hi!
    i got new windows 2003 enterprise server and i tried to install vs .net on it, but now i have some question about it. in new windows there is .net framework 1.1 but in installation process of vs .net vs requires updating components including .net framework. anyone had experience with this?

    Are you using VS.NET 2003? If not then 2002 needs version 1.0 of the framework and that must be what its installing.

    i use mde 2002 version 7.0.9466, but then it sucks,
