The only thing that i could think of that could be causing the problem would be the Micro$oft wireless unit for my mouse. It is right under the monitor. The air cleaner(ionic breeze) is off at all times when the computer is running so it couldnt be the problem. Oh and i tried using degauss and it seems to have no effect on the quality of the image the monitor is displaying.
