I know this is something that I would have to talk with the vBulletin people about, unless you guys have permission to modify the search page...

...but I was wondering what other people thought.

It would be cool if we could search for threads started by a user name, rather than posts by a user name.

Sometimes I'll want to find an old thread I started, so I'll search for my name and a few keywords from it, but I'll get a bunch of thread that I replied to with those keywords.

If I could search by thread starter, it would really limit my results.

Say I wanted to find 'Limit Form Size' in a thread started by 'The Hobo.'

You know what I'm saying? Maybe this will be included in the new version of vBulletin.
