    Migrate to Framework 1.1

Anyone know what issues may be thrown up if trying to upgrade to framework 1.1 from 1. These machines are distributed remotely mainly using ISDN connection.
Could anyone give advice and tips and pointers and pitfalls to aviod?

1.0 and 1.1 can run side by side. VS.NET 2002 apps use 1.0, VS.NET 2003 apps use 1.1. You may get lucky with different configurations, but it is not recommended.

    Thanks.
I wondered whether there are any issues installing 1.1 - because now that they have their machines - short of recalling them to HQ - they may have to install it themselves and wonder whether this will take ages and is straightforward enough. Anyone any experience of this?
    Thanks.

I have installed Framework 1.1 both as stand alone installation and as a part of windows update. No problem and easy.

    Error with Kaspersky Antivirus

If you're running Kaspersky Antivirus (on Win2000 Server), you should turn it off before. If you don't the installer will pop up an error message box.
