Access permissions?

What do I need to do in order to allow uploading to my computer via an asp.net upload script? All I keep getting is:
Access to the path "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\logs\file.ext" is denied.

I using IIS as a webserver and have set the directory properties to read and write.

Sorry if this is off topic, but its asp.net related.

Make sure whatever user account the website is using also has rights to that folder and to write to it.
