Hi

I want to develop a software. details are as under

1. A user will dial a phone no. where the software and modem is connected.

2. Now the server will detect ring and will greet the user with a wav file.

3. And then it will play a wav file which contains menu options.

4. User will select the desired option by pressing any key on their phone.

5. Software will act according to user choice.

Now my problem is how to detect key tones of phone via modem and play wav files on modem.

Does that mean uve done the rest ?, if so then u could make it when the user presses a button on the phone it saves the press in a wav on the dialers machine which can then be analised.
