Crystal Reports?

I have a couple of questions. First, how do you get all the values to show on the report even if they are equal to zero? Second, how do I get the Total Time(endtime-starttime) to just total out to zero if the endtime and starttime is blank in the database? The values I get if the total time is zero are .01 or .02. Can anyone help?

select the field(s) then click format
click format fields
click customize
click number tab
Show Zero values as (in combo box) 0

second part can you explain it in more detail?

Thank you larryn for answering the first question. And yes I'm using crystal 8.

The second question is kind of hard to explain. But I will give it a try.

I'm trying to get a total time from endtime - starttime. But I'm not getting the correct values. The values are either coming up negative or are just odd numbers that don't add up to the hours or minutes when endtime - starttime is executed. I do have a query in the database and come up with the correct total times within there, but I can't figure a formula for crystal reports.
