    How to get rid of 'Disassembly' windows?

    No, I dont mean that Pirate
    When working with IDE, one to several windows may open that is called "Disassembly" and you can enter an address in it and view the disassembly value at that address. Sometimes it closes automatically but times they just remain open and you can not close them(closing one of them will open another one).

    That seems a bit annoying . Why I don't have it on my machine ?? Did you customize your IDE with different options ?

    I dont get it on my machine at work either, and i am trying to understand what i have done to this, but i dont remember doing any special customization in IDE.

    Its really a good tool, shows you the assembly code of your program in debug mode, but sometimes it really gets annoying when lots of them are open and dont close.

    Trace this path to Options-------->Debugging ----->General . There is a check box prior this text "Show disassembly if source......." .I think because it's false here so I don't get it on my machine . Try it out !

    Maybe the last attempt would win , restore defaults for all items in option window or you gatta accept that pain and don't let this hinder your coding
