Strange install problem for .net <solved>
I'm trying to install visual studio.net but it will only let me install to my c: drive. I don't want to do this. Anybody else had this problem?

How it does not let you? Any error or warning?

Maybe you don't have more space on other partitions ?

I think I fixed it. I had to install to the C: drive; cancel in mid installation; remove everything that was installed; and then reinstall (which it let me do this time) to the drive I wanted it to install to. Very strange way to do it, but it appears to have worked. I had space on the other drives. I didn't get any errors either, the button (you know, the '...' button) that lets you pick an alternative path just wasn't there. Thanks anyway.
