    Talking

    WooHooo!
Just beat my personal best on minesweeper!(I just play on beginer as I wait for pages to load!!) Previously, my best was 14 sec, but it is now 10!!
Of couse, this is just due to luck, especially on beginar level, but why don't we set up a leauge? I normally don't play higer than beginnar, and the dmm network at uni dos'n keep scores when you shut the dam window, so here is my fist attempt:
    Begginar 10 sec
    Intermediate 97 sec
Expert: Will do it when I can be bothered!!!

Shouldn't be to hard to beat...
    Will you take the challange???

here's a cheat on the high score:

    open this file:

    c:\windows\Winmine.ini

then you modifiy the high score names and times, defult width, height, and some other stuff

NOTE: this woun't work on Win2000 or Win Me

    but it works on win 95 + 98 + 98SE

Not much point on this network, as I said, when you shut the dam program it deletes the scores!!

Angry Me Slaps Lain with Trout!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*HarbringerOfVole pulls put an enormous trout, and slaps Lain repetadly about the head!*
*HarbringerOfVole than pulls out an enourmous box, and places Lain inside it, making him confused about wether he exists or not*
*In the resulting confusion, he changes Lains name to Lan!!*
*HarBringerOfVole then pours a bucket of custard down Lan's neck, and says 'Yeah, what your best times then? Eh? Eh? Come on then!!'*

Well I think I've done it faster so you all suck newbies, I rock your asses.

We've already had that discussion, "Harbinger of Vole" seems to be just a made-up name.

    Oi!!!!!

Hey, less of the cheating! Minesweeper is a noble science, some might say even an artform, so respesct it, and don't go around hacking it, though Kedaman deserves some credit for writting that App, it's still not an accceptable time in this forum!

22 secs on Intermediate, 58 secs on Expert. I mean really, who plays beginner?

Need to use te left+Right click approach, though

my real record for doing it fair and square is 1 second

goto CUSTOM settings, then make it as big as possible, and make 10 mines

1 out of 50 chances it that it will fill everything out for you when you click anywhere on the feild

    Gaffa:
You must have the fastest finger in tth west, as I just went inton expert, and it took me 35 secons to lay 99 flags!
This means you found out were the flags were in 23 seconds (roughly speaking, ignoring the fact that I could plave flags randomly without checking, making your search time less)!
Wow! Your girlfried must really like you!

Here is an alternative view on this...my worst score ever on begginer was 999 sec, and I hadn't even clicked on a square! No squares opened, no mines found, and 999 sec on the clock! How skillful is that?
