Recordset from CSV - Howto [ sorted]

As it says in the header, how do I load directly (or indirectly) into a recordset from a .CSV file ?

I can get the file in as an array if that helps.

My goal is to get said file or array loaded into an Access database, in one hit, using an SQL Statement.

Pointers would do. I just don't have a clue as to what may work here.
