    Setup

    Does anyone know if there is a way to force a setup dir when using the Setup Deployment that comes with VB.NET

    Sure,
    Select your setup project, then click the File System Editor in the Solution Explorer window.

    In the main window, you should have a File System on Target Machine. Under that, you should have the different directories and such. Just add in new folders and configure everything to your liking.
