apsx loading order and VSS

Hi,

I have a aspx that include two web user controls (header and footer). So I have three different page_load events.
Could you please tell me what is the loading order of an .aspx page? the page_load event of the aspx will be load first? or the page_load event of the header web control will be load first?.

I added my project to source safe control server. But when I open it from source safe I always receive the dialog that asks me about an url for web project. I would like to reuse the old url for project. But I can not overwrite my old url. I have to create a new url. Could you please tell me how to resolve this problem?.

By the way, Could you please show me how to submit a page by code in an aspx page(don't use Autopostback="true" attribute). It's the same in javascript: document.form.submit()
