Could someone pls help in building this application...
A vb.net application which can detect the dial tones of a phone using it's sound card?
For example, I have an .exe which produces dial tones, I would like the vb.net application to detect the dialled numbers as they are entered in the dialler (i.e. .exe)
I am giving up hope:-(
