    VB6 - Time Synchronisation Without NTP/SNTP

    This is based on an internet example I found some time ago. Unfortunately - I don't recall the author, and as I've rewritten an awful lot of it, the code is more-or-less original, now.

    Nevertheless, the concept, is someone elses.
